A Tribute to Stephen & Stitt
Every morning when Hong Konger wake up, a part of our city is missing. One image on street captures the insignificant moment of our daily lives, but when these moments are put together they tell a novel of our city. On January 1st of 2020, the two bronze lion statues in front of HSBC building ware vandalized during the very first anti-government protest of the year. As they will be facing restoration and seeing them again becomes indefinite, this is a tribute to Stephen & Stitt, the two bronze Lion statues in Central that safeguard Hong Kong for decades. Photos were taken between 2018 - 2020.
